Epidemiology and Data Science (EDS) Consult offers methodological and statistical consultancy on the design, analysis and reporting of scientific research at Amsterdam UMC.
Our evidence synthesis consultants provide 4 hours of consultancy, primarily centered around advisory services, for which there is no associated cost, per research proposal, protocol or manuscript. For whom?
EDS-Consult extends its services to all employees of Amsterdam UMC and external researchers holding a guest appointment at Amsterdam UMC. EDS-Consult does not offer consultancy to students undertaking their scientific internship or working on their bachelor’s/master’s thesis.
Questions related to study monitoring, data management (e.g., preparation of datasets for statistical analysis) or literature searches, will not be answered by EDS-Consult. Contact the Research Data Management team, the Clinical Monitoring Center or the Library for these types of questions.
